Celebrate Recovery®

Anyone struggling with life issues such as alcoholism, overeating, codependency, sexual brokenness, or financial problems can find help here. Celebrate Recovery is a Christian, 12-step program dealing with all sorts of hurts, habits and hang-ups. DivorceCare®

Offers support, care and encouragement for those affected by a separation or divorce. Video-based series with small group discussions. Series is offered various times throughout the year. The next session begins in the fall, September 11-December 11 from 6:30-8:30 pm at Mill Run. Everyone is welcome. Funeral Receptions

GriefShare®

Offers support for those who have recently lost a loved one. GriefShare is a video-based program with small group discussions. Offered throughout the year. Joanne Foster, 451-3736, ext 7015, jfoster@ualc.org.
 

Hilltop Clothes Shop

Provides clothes for those who need them at a reduced price. The Clothes Shop collects and distributes clothing in the Hilltop, 2445 W. Broad Street, for people of all ages. Open on the second and fourth Saturdays of the month, during the school year. Donations are accepted at Mill Run and Lytham Road. Kelly Marti, kmarti@ualc.org.
 

In HIS Image

Responds in love to people whose lives are touched by physical, mental, or emotional differences. In HIS Image is the parent group, sponsoring the Friendship Bible Study for adults with disabilities at various times during the year. Tori Short, inhisimage@ualc.org.

Home Communion

Takes communion the first Sunday of each month to those in care facilities, hospitals, or at home. Becki Bork, bbork@ualc.org.

Lay Visitation

Reaches out to homebound members by visiting them, and assisting the pastors in visiting and ministering to those who are hospitalized. Judy Backoff, backoff1230@hotmail.com

Living Waters

Reaches out with the hope Christ gives us, to men and women who struggle with sexual and relationship brokenness, such as pornography, same-sex attraction, emotional dependency, extra-marital affairs, sexual abuse, and intimacy problems. Pink Ribbon Coffee

All women cancer survivors, fighters or newly diagnosed patients come together for mutual support. Meets the third Tuesday of the month at Lytham Road from 6:30-8:00 pm. Mary Sheskey, mary@4wardcomm.com.
 

Retirement Home/Senior Adults

Provides worship services and Bible studies to area retirement homes, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes. Joanne Foster, 451-3736, ext 7015, jfoster@ualc.org.

Meets and prays with worshipers who desire prayer and encouragement, after each Sunday service. Contact a pastor for more information.

Red Cross Blood Drive      

Held every other month on Saturdays from 8:00-1:00 pm; check the web calendar for dates. To register by phone, call 451-3736, ext 7310.
