After School Childcare Located at the Mill Run Campus After school childcare that feels like the best part of the day. We're excited to offer a safe, engaging after school program for Ridgewood Elementary families at our Mill Run Campus. We provide care for Kindergarten–5th grade students from 3:30–6:00 pm, Monday–Friday, following the Hilliard City Schools calendar. Students are picked up directly from Ridgewood Elementary and transported to the Mill Run Campus for the afternoon. Each day includes a balance of fun, structure, and support: Time for homework help Opportunities to build friendships and social skills Free play and creative activities Low student to teacher ratio Special enrichment activities throughout the year About the UALC Mill Run Campus Our caring, experienced staff are committed to creating a nurturing environment where every child feels known, safe, and supported. We're excited that the Lytham Road Campus has gone through renovations and has reopened. Enter through the main entrance and turn into the sanctuary for worship. Nursery is offered at all services and Kids' Church is available during the 11:00 am service (during the school year); just check in at the Kids Welcome Center. You'll find fresh coffee in Fireside Lounge and the Connect Center where you can learn more about UALC. WORSHIP TIMES Childcare We understand the importance of childcare for many families. Rest assured, we have excellent facilities and staff to keep your little ones engaged while you attend the service. This is a culmination of all the discipleship students have experienced from birth through high school. It's a year of mentorship, studying the Bible, and delving into rich faith conversations, all to prepare students for adult life as a Christian. Vacation Bible School (VBS) is a week full of children, teens, and adults singing, playing, laughing, and learning all about Jesus. Vacation Bible School Join us June 22-26! One Incredible Week! Vacation Bible School (VBS) is a week full of children, teens, and adults singing, playing, laughing, and learning all about Jesus. Our theme this year is Life in the Jungle. This year, children will spend a week immersed among jungle plants and wildlife as they discover our true source of life — Jesus Christ. We'll explore many themes from the book of Romans about life and death, dark and light, and the gift of grace given to us in and through Jesus. From roaming animals to cascading vines, this year VBS will be full of life! We have two distinct programs offered. At our Mill Run Campus we host Big Kids VBS. This program is for children who have completed kindergarten through 5th grade, with one additional pre-k class in the afternoon for children entering kindergarten in the fall. Big Kids VBS runs 9:00 am–Noon (Session A) or 1:00–4:00 pm (Session B). Each child may only register for one session. At our Lytham Road Campus we host Young Kids VBS. This program is designed for toddlers and preschoolers with an accompanying adult (one adult accompany multiple children). Our Young Kids program runs from 9:30–11:00 am. Through In His Image Ministries, we support and equip differently-abled members to partake in church activities, from worship, and service opportunities to Bible studies. Our support also extends to their families, understanding the unique challenges they face. Quilt Ministry As believers who quilt, we pray, work to improve our skills, and encourage one another to complete projects.
