Description
Facilitator Partners come alongside a few facilitators (no more than 5 at a time), meeting with them routinely, and checking in on their wellbeing and the wellbeing of their group. Partners have the opportunity to pray for, and encourage our Small Group Facilitators as they lead a Small Group.
Desired Skills
Small Group Facilitator Partners must be Christian disciples who love the Lord and the Church. Facilitator Partners have some experience in leading small groups, have a heart for encouragement, and enjoy praying with and for others. They must be humble, cooperative, servant-leaders; willing to share and multiply authority and ownership within our small group ministry. They genuinely believe that meeting routinely in Christian community is a good and healthy part of our faith lives.
Time Commitment
There is a great deal of flexibility in this role depending on the schedules of the Small Group Facilitators.
