![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() UALC Summer CampsSummer 2020: All overnight camps are cancelled this year, but plans are in the works to create memorable summer experiences for kids, middle schoolers and high schoolers with safety restrictions in mind.
Kids’ CampKids' Camp is for kids finishing grades 2-5. We head to Woodland Lakes Christian Camp, in Amelia. Kids' Camp is a five-day, four-night journey of faith, friendship and new experiences. Kids will be challenged to grow in their relationship with Jesus through worship, chapel in the woods and small group cabin discussions. Friendship and fun are fostered through outdoor activities such as swimming in the pool and lake, paddle boating, conquering the climbing wall, hanging out in the giant swing, plus a few surprises! We bring our own trained crew to ensure a safe, fun and memorable week. UALC members, non-members and friends welcome. Contact: Andrea Taphorn or call 614-451-3736, ext 4687.
Middle School Summer CampMiddle School Camp is for students finishing grades 6-8. We head to Woodland Lakes Christian Camp in southern Ohio for a five-day, four-night adventure of a lifetime. Middle School Ministry (MSM) puts on its very own camp filled with outdoor activities, faith-building teachings and worship, and lots of hang out time. This awesome camp includes a lake, a pool, a giant swing, a high ropes course, and more! It's a week of campfires, small groups, time with friends, and growing with Jesus. Students will be accompanied by MSM mentors. All are welcome. Contact: Kelsey Bacon or call 614-451-3736, ext 4661.
Cedar Campus Family CampLocated in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, just 45 minutes from the Mackinac Bridge. This 30-year UALC tradition gathers more than 100 members and their friends. Accommodations include camping to lodges ranging from single-family units to ten-bedroom lodges. With 500 acres and six miles of beautiful Lake Huron shoreline, Cedar Campus provides lots of recreation including sailing, swimming, hiking and fun for all ages. Each day has opportunities for growth and refreshment as we grow together in Christ. Find an online map to the Cedarville camp here. Regretfully, there will not be camp in the summer 2020.
