Welcome Desk Substitutes fill in for our very appreciative Welcome Desk Staff when they need time away from the office. Substitutes are responsible for greeting all visitors at the Mill Run campus and making all feel welcome. We ask you to keep a watchful eye on the front door so you know who is coming in and out to maintain security of the building.

Desired Skills

The Welcome Desk volunteer will be a friendly, approachable disciple of Jesus, who is a good listener, is patient, has good communication skills, and a positive attitude. We want to deliver excellent first impressions to callers and visitors to UALC. They have the ability to walk throughout the buildings securing doors at the end of the night.
