Small Group Connector
Campus:
Central
Description
Small Groups are at the center of the relational life of our church and a fundamental part of feeling like we belong at UALC. These groups allow us to routinely meet as God’s family, where we can know and be known, love and be loved, and care and be cared for. We need connectors to help individuals find and become a part of one of the discipling communities.
Desired Skills
Small Group Connectors are individuals who have a heart for helping others feel like they belong in our UALC community. They are willing to have brief and warm interactions with folks after our worship services or occasionally at special events. Connectors are good listeners who can help people feel at ease and excited about searching for a small group.
Time Commitment
Connectors are present after worship services and occasionally for other events, volunteering from the end of the service until the lobby is relatively clear, about 25 minutes.
