Description
Security Team is an important ministry in which members take an active role in keeping the facilities secure. This allows our ministries to take place in a safe environment.
Desired Skills
Security Team members will always display a calm, welcoming attitude. They may be required to stand for long periods of time. Team members will demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills and an ability to defuse volatile situations. Security Team members will have the ability to communicate effectively over a radio and in person. They must be willing to be trained.
Time Commitment
Team members are expected to report 30 minutes prior to the first worship service and leave after the last service. Additional training requirements and opportunities may occur midweek throughout the year. There are also opportunities to serve for special events outside of Sunday morning services.
