Vision Sunday

All-UALC Combined Worship Service

Over the last year and a half, we all have been on a journey to discern God’s vision for UALC. On Sunday, August 13, we’re excited to invite you to Vision Sunday, where we’ll celebrate how God has been working through this church and we’ll come together to “Launch Out” into the future He has for us. At 10:30am, we will come together for an all-UALC combined worship service at the Mill Run Amphitheater as we celebrate how God has moved through the last 60 years of our church’s history, give our thanks as He continues to bless and use our church today, and praise Him for the vision He has revealed to us for the future. We are excited to worship Him as ONE CHURCH, and hope you’ll pray as we prepare to come together in unity.

A limited number of chairs will be provided, so please bring lawnchairs or blankets if you are able.

Led By: Katie Borden, Pr. Buff Delcamp, Andrew Fuller, Pr. Dave Mann, Pr. Jeff Morlock, Stacy Schad, Pr. Brodie Taphorn, Aaron Thompson, Joe Valentino, David White, and Bill Wulf

Featuring: A combined choir comprised of people from all over UALC. The choir will be preparing a traditional anthem, and will also be providing leadership during a select number of praise songs.

IFI Welcome Picnic

International Friendships (IFI) Welcome Picnic

Later in the day, come join us at the International Friendships (IFI) Welcome Picnic. The Welcome Picnic is one of the first opportunities for new international students to interact together and with their hosts, and the goal is this event is to help students make friends with other students and American families, and to encourage awareness and involvement in IFI (for students and new volunteers). If you're someone looking to take a first step with IFI, this event is a great way to meet students and learn more about UALC's partnership with IFI!
