For kids in elementary school, we've got many ways to get connected.
We’ve designed our children’s ministries around your child’s specific phase in life. We love kids and we’d love to be your partner for pursuing healthy growth and faith. Learn how we partner with families during each phase, by downloading our age-specific phase plan for grades: Kindergarten-and-First, Second-and-Third, Fourth-and-Fifth. We recommend many Bibles resources for children to grow in the faith—find the Bibles available for purchase here.

Next Step Workshops

Next Step Workshops are fundamental training sessions designed around a child's developmental phase of life. They prepare parents and kids to grow and live in the Christian faith. Most workshops are for parents and kids to attend together. Parents will be encouraged and equipped as the primary former of faith to take it home and live it out together. Typically, fifth graders and parents attend, but older students are welcome. $25 fee for materials and Luther's Small Catechism. It is offered throughout the year. Contact Andrea Taphorn,
