Registration and Program Information:

How do my children’s friends who are not associated with UALC register?
Anyone may register at www.ualc.org/vbs.
What if I have preschool children (attending Lytham Road) and elementary age children (at Mill Run)?
The starting times are staggered so that you have time to drop off children at Mill Run and still get to Lytham Road.
Is Young Kids VBS a drop-off program?
No. An adult parent or caregiver (minimum age 18) is required to bring children and remain with children for the entire 90-minute session. One adult may be responsible for up to 4 children.
What if I register my child and then he/she cannot attend the session for which he/she is registered?
If space remains in another session you may switch. Email request to vbs@ualc.org. Sorry, there are no refunds for unused spaces.

Volunteer Information:

How do adults sign up to volunteer?
Adult volunteers may register online at www.ualc.org/vbsvolunteers.
How old do teens have to be to serve as Teen Helpers?
Students must be currently in 7th grade or higher (as of spring 2018) to volunteer. FYI: Teen room coordinators are happy to sign Community Service Hour forms on the final day of VBS.
When is Volunteer Orientation and who should attend?
VBS Equipping and Training will be Sunday, June 3, 1:00-4:00 pm. All teens and adults volunteering at K-6 VBS must attend. If you cannot attend due to a prior commitment contact Andrea Taphorn, vbs@ualc.org.

What if I have a child with special needs?
