Sunday Worship Time and Place
• Sunday mornings at 9:30 and 10:45 am.
What Do We Hope You Will Experience on Sunday Morning?
Xalt is our plugged-in, amplified Sunday morning worship. We’ve taken the basic elements of worship – Creed & Confession, Word & Sacrament, Prayer & Praise, surrounded them with a rock band, and worship the Lord in the musical language of today.
Most people dress casual and bring their coffee with them. You’ll find a lot of families with young kids, but you’ll also find teenagers, young adults, empty nesters, and retirees.
We are liturgical. We pray the Lord’s Prayer, confess our sins and hear the Words of Forgiveness. On the third Sunday of every month, we celebrate Communion according to the ancient order of the Great Thanksgiving. We also spend a little over half our time praising our Lord with many of the songs you hear on Christian radio. At the end of every service, the kids even get in on the act when we invite them forward to “make a little noise” with the band.
We would love for you to join us, find your place in Mill Run Xalt.
