It's More than Fun Here!
At Upper Arlington Lutheran Christian Preschool, we focus on the development of the whole child. We provide a clean, safe, attractive, Christ-centered environment where self-concept is nurtured. We provide children with opportunities to experiment, investigate, create and take appropriate risks. Our curriculum is based on the Ohio Early Childhood Academic Content Standards. We are proud to receive the Two-Star rating in the Step Up To Quality program from the State of Ohio.
Spiritual, Social, Intellectual and Physical Development
Through Bible stories, music and prayer, children gain an awareness of being a child of God. Teachers share their faith (consistent with UALC teachings). Play is valued and language development is a priority. We nurture feelings of security, safety, and acceptance through interactions with teachers and peers.
Intellectual stimulation is a hands-on approach. Teachers provide a variety of multi-sensory learning activities. We believe preschool-aged children construct their own knowledge as they interact in the environment with the materials, their peers, and adults. There is indoor and outdoor play equipment and music is part of the every day curriculum. Watch a video of our program with comments from some of our parents.
We offer a variety of part-time classes throughout the week. Click on the text to find the schedule, class description and tuition:
