Sports and Fitness

Getting in shape and staying in shape will help you stay healthy, physically and emotionally. It's more fun in a group!
 
 
Aerobics
Stay in shape with aerobics and muscle strengthening exercises led by a trained instructor. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings at Lytham Road, 9:15 -10:15 am (meets Sept-early June). Boot Camp
Work out with maximum cardio benefit for men and women. Tuesday and Thursday mornings (Sept-early June), 9:30-10:30 am at Mill Run. Cost is $5 per class. Childcare is not available. Letisha Wilder, bootcamp@ualc.org.
 
Men's Basketball Open Gym
Shoot hoops with other men (25 and older) during the cold winter months. Tuesdays at Mill Run, 7:00-9:00 pm, October-March. Mike Boltinghouse, mikeboltinghouse@gmail.com.
 
Men's Softball
Spend warm summer evenings playing softball with other men and compete in local leagues, May-August. Sons age 16 and older are welcome with their fathers. Roy Bobbitt, roybobbitt@yahoo.com.
 
Tae Kwon Do 
Develop self-defense skills and enjoy regular exercise within a Christian environment. Students 8 years and older meet at Lytham Road during the school year on Mondays and Wednesdays, 6:00 pm; Saturdays, 11:00 am. Blackbelt class meets Saturdays, 12:30 pm. Contact Kim Cooper, tkd@ualc.org.
 
Tae Kwon Do Jr. for Ages 5-7
Kid friendly martial arts and fun Bible activities at Lytham Road. Classes are offered for beginner-advanced during the school year (Sept.-May). Jr. Beginner students meet on Mondays, 5:15 pm; and Saturdays, 9:15 am. Jr. Advanced students meet on Wednesdays, 5:15 pm; and Saturdays, 10:15 am. Xercise

Youth Dance Ministry
Rehearse and perform dance in a fun, Christ-centered environment at Hilltop. Alisha Pogue, apogue@ualc.org.
