When is Alpha?
The Alpha Course is offered at various times throughout the year at Mill Run and Lytham Road. A delicious dinner is included and childcare is available.
What is Alpha?
Alpha is a practical introduction to the Christian experience in a non-confrontational environment. Anyone interested in finding out more about Christianity is welcome. Alpha is a conversation where no question is seen as too simple or too hostile.
What Happens at Alpha?
Alpha is a place to join others in a relaxed atmosphere. Each weekly session begins with a dinner followed by an engaging presentation, and then small-group discussions.
Ask anything. Here's your chance to ask your questions and express your opinions.
What Does Alpha Cover?
Who is Jesus? Why did Jesus die? How can I be sure of my faith? Why and how should I read the Bible? Why and how do I pray? How does God guide us? Who is the Holy Spirit? How can I be filled with the Holy Spirit? What does the Holy Spirit do? How can I resist evil? Why and how should we tell others? Does God heal today? What about the Church? Alpha covers all these and any other questions you may have.
How Much Does Alpha Cost?
There is a $5 registration fee which you can bring with you to the first session.
