Ministry Time Workshops

Learn more about listening to and hearing the Holy Spirit. Join one of two workshops on Aug. 11, 9:30-11:00 am at Mill Run.
Ministry Time 101–Healing Prayer (taught by Molly Auseon)
Lean a fresh way to pray, to hear God and to pray for others. If you're interested in being a part of the prayer team on Sunday mornings, this workshop will prepare you. Register here.
Ministry Time 201– The Gift of Prophecy (taught by Jeff Schuster)
Jesus said His voice is recognized by His followers. When He wants us to share revelations from Him with others, we can call it prophecy. (Ministry Time 101 is not a prerequisite for this workshop). Register here.

UALC College-Age (18-24 year olds)

A summer opportunity for newly graduated high schoolers and current college-age students to grow as followers of Jesus. Join us this summer as we begin discipling groups. Contact David White, dwhite@ualc.org.
 

Women of the Word (WOW)

Meet, pray, discuss, and grow with other women in your understanding of the Christian faith. Studies are offered throughout the year at Mill Run and Lytham Road. Join us this summer as we study the topic "Why is it so difficult to share about our faith?" We'll watch Andy Stanley's video teaching, "Go Fish," and learn how you can make it natural, easy and part of our everyday life. Tuesdays, July 10-24, 6:45-8:30 pm at Lytham Road. Renewal

Recommit yourself to be a disciple of Jesus and to disciple others. Weekends consist of group and individual time to meditate, pray, share your story, worship, relax and eat. Held at various times during the year, followed by six months of forming a team to pass along the experience to others The Renewal Weekend is separately structured for men and women. Men's Ministries

M2M (Man to Man) helps UALC’s men fulfill their call from God to lead in their homes, church, and community. Weekly Bible studies in neighborhood groups, special training events and outreach. Women's Bootcamp

Join other women and take an opportunity to be refreshed and renewed as the Lord speaks to your heart. This weekend's focus is based on the book "Captivating" by Stasi Eldredge. You'll explore key questions about who God intends you to be and the spiritual battle for your heart. The weekend is at the Eagles Wing Lodge in the Hocking Hills about an hour form Columbus. Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University (FPU)

FPU is a nine-week series where you'll learn how to manage your finances and prepare for your future; be it family, education or retirement. In the recent session, families paid off an average of $7,269 of debt (excluding mortgage) and increased their savings by an average of $2,553. Life Equipping Classes

Work on skills that will enhance your personal relationships and change harmful behaviors. Listening for Heaven's Sake, Renewing the Mind, and Speaking the Truth in Love are offered yearly. Groups may also schedule teaching at their meeting location. Gail Bren, don.bren@att.net. 
 

Adult Sunday Study Hour

Find how God's Word, the Bible, can be practical to your everyday life. Learn about regularly scheduled classes and stand-alone studies.
 

Faith of our Fathers Study Group

The group uses DVDs and speakers in studies of American history and understanding current culture through the eyes of the Christian faith. Meets Mondays, 7:00 pm at Mill Run, during the school year. Contact Mindy Lambert, minfrank@mac.com.
 

Community Bible Study and Prayer Group 

Would you like company pursuing God? Join our interdenominational, in-depth Bible study and prayer group. This thoughtful study for men and women also provides practice in prayer. Bridges Seminar: Christians Connecting With Muslims

No longer do we need to travel around the world to be Jesus' witnesses; the world is coming to us right here in Central Ohio. Hilltop Thursday Nights
