Sports and Fitness

Getting in shape and staying in shape will help you stay healthy, physically and emotionally. It's more fun in a group!
 
 

Exercise Classes at Lytham Road

Stay in shape with two different aerobics and muscle strengthening classes led by a trained instructor. Monday is aerobics and Friday is weight training. At Lytham Road, 9:15-10:15 am (meets Sept-early June). Eighteen classes for $10 or individual classes for $1. Bob Bruce, bruce.6@osu.edu.
 

Men Over 30 Basketball

Shoot hoops and enjoy exercising with other men. Mondays, 7:00-9:00 pm at Mill Run, October-March. Brian King, dd9999999@aol.com.
 

Men's Softball

Our league has four teams that focus on fun, fellowship and a competitive spirit. Games are played on Thursday nights from May through August. Spend warm summer evenings playing softball with other men and compete in local leagues. Sons age 16 and older are welcome with their fathers. Roy Bobbitt, roybobbitt@yahoo.com.
 

Tae Kwon Do for Ages 8 - Adult

Develop self-defense skills and enjoy regular exercise within a Christian environment. Students 8 years and older meet at Lytham Road on Mondays and Wednesdays, 6:00 pm; Saturdays, 11:00 am. Blackbelt class is also available on Saturdays. There is a monthly fee to participate, all are welcome. Camp Kick will be offered again this summer July 15-19 at Lytham Road. Tae Kwon Do Jr. for Ages 5 - 7

Kid-friendly martial arts and fun Bible activities at Lytham Road. Classes are offered for beginner-advanced during the school year (Sept.–May). Students must pre-register for each series of classes. Level 1 meets on Mondays, 5:30 pm; and Saturdays, 9:00 am. Level 2 meets on Wednesdays, 5:30 pm; and Saturdays, 10:00 am. Cost varies for each session.
