Please pray for my friend,Joy's Mother who has taken very ill and going through critical recovery in the hospital. Pray also for strength and comfort for Joy as she has may have tough decisions to make.

Please pray for friend who is in desperate need super-natural spiritual healing that can come only from the Holy Spirit.

Please pray for my boyfriend and me. His mom is putting him out. We are both 19. He has no where to go and the only option he has is going to North Dakota. We love each other very much. I just ask you all to pray that god will work it out for the both of us so that he won't have to move to a long distance area and that he can find other options here in Virginia. I know that prayers work and I just keep having faith that God will make a way.

Please pray fervently for a miracle for my mum's job. Her co-workers are bullying her so that she will quit as she is a senior staff member. Her boss contributes to the problem by encouraging the staff behaviour instead of stopping it. She still needs to work and is worried about being forced to leave and be without income.

Stewart, a classmate of my daughter's who graduated from UAHS last spring has been in an accident and has a skull fracture. He is doing mission work in Idaho. He is now in a medically induced coma and has had a portion of his skull removed to allow his brain to recover from swelling. Please pray for his full and complete recovery and for peace for his family.

I have an old knee injury. While I've been to an orthopedist and have had physical therapy it still sometimes causes me problems. Please pray for me asking our dear Heavenly Father to heal my knee as it is causing not only physical but emotional pain as well. Please also ask our Lord to help me stay positive and focus on the good things and to help me maintain an attitude that is positive..

PRAISE! R.M. has been given a clearance to go back to work. She needs to be checked every 3 months for awhile and then every 6 and then annually, but it looks like all was successful and she has beaten this cancer! She walked a 5K this weekend! Thank you for all your prayers!

Updated Prayer Request--We are having a slow recovery from the death of our only son and other ongoing sorrows. Dear Community of Prayer, thank you for standing with us in daily prayer. The pain and hardships goes beyond words! We continue to hold on in faith with the help of your daily prayers and God's mercy! Pray for His rest from the years of troubles and sorrows! Please pray that my doctor's visit next Tuesday would go smoothly.

Please pray that I will not have to fight my company for unemployment after 11 years of working at my job. I was let go and I live paycheck to paycheck. I am anxious.

Please pray for R.M. She has finished chemo and had her own stem cells transplanted. Pray for her speedy recovery and that this entire process works. Pray also for her comfort as some of the side effects of treatment are tough. Thank you!

Update--Praise for J. P.'s progress. He may be released from the hospital as early as Sept. 20th. He will still have rehab 3 days a week, but has made so much progress! Please pray for his continued healing and his return to full use of his body. Also pray for the family as they learn to care for him at home.

Update on J.P. He is improving daily in the program at Children's Hospital. He is speaking can eat anything now, is improving with manual dexterity, sitting, etc. Current specific requests from his mom are J.P. is experiencing nerve pain (at times, severe) in his feet and legs. He is also learning to walk again (among re-learning many other things), so if directing prayer/energy to these challenges seems appropriate for you, feel free to do so. All your prayers are greatly appreciated! Thank you so much!

Please pray for my cousin's husband in ICU having second surgery to relieve the bleeding on his brain from trauma Sunday evening. Thank you.

We have been living in interesting times this summer and God has been walking alongside us and carrying us through these times, He is awesome and we praise His name. He has been keeping us safe with Him. Thank you Lord

My friends, Lisa and Todd have two sons, both of whom are having very serious health issues. One is going for treatment out of state and the other is out of state in grad school. They are headed to see their son in grad school because something is very wrong and he is not himself. Please pray for Lisa and Todd to receive guidance, peace of mind and the ability to endure all of this at once.

Praise for this update on John (8/10/13 request). John spoke for the first time in 5 weeks and is starting to recover. Recovery will be long and hard. Please keep him in your prayers.
