UALC Preschool

For over 35 years, we have offered quality programs for 3, 4, 5 year-olds. Children experiment, investigate, create and discover in our Christ-centered environment. We address all areas of development (cognitive, social, emotional, physical and spiritual) on a daily basis in our play-based learning environment. Vacation Bible School

It's a five-day, fun-filled adventure for preschool and elementary age children. Every June since 1979 kids have come for singing, drama, games crafts, service projects, and Jesus-focused teaching. Pre-Confirmation Classes

At UALC, we offer a series of four classes for students in grades 5-8 and their parents. Classes include: The Sacraments, The Lord's Prayer, The Apostles' Creed and The Ten Commandments.  Click here for class information or register for a class here. Summer Camps for Kids and Families

UALC offers amazing camps for the entire family (Cedar Campus in Michigan), for children in grades 2-4 (Key Camp), and children in grades 5-6 (Camp 56), plus more for older kids. Find camp descriptions here. Joy Peterson,451-3736, children@ualc.org.

AWANA® Clubs

It is an energetic, mini-VBS style club for children age 3 - grade 6. We teach the gospel and train kids to serve and love Christ. Children earn uniforms and use workbooks at home to learn Bible verses and do family activities. Find out much more here. Weekly Bible instruction and creative activities for children ages three through grade six at Mill Run and Lytham Road during the school year. New children can join at anytime. Find out more here. MOPS

Mothers of Preschoolers provides social, physical, spiritual and creative opportunities for moms with young children - infants through age 5. Join other moms on the first and third Tuesdays of the month, 9:00-11:15 am, during the school year (September-May) at Lytham Road. Melissa Dunn, mops@ualc.org.
 

REACH (Raising Elementary Aged CHildren)

It's a mom's support group for moms of children in kindergarten-grade 6. Meets the second Thursday of the month, 7:00-9:00 pm at Lytham Road. Each meeting features a speaker, Q&A and group discussion. Jessica Efird, jessica_efird@hotmail.com.
 

Tae Kwon Do and Tae Kwon Do Jr.

Music for Children 

Our Children's Choirs offer music and fun during the school year for children.The Lytham Road Carol Choir is for children in grades 3-6 on Wednesdays, 4:00 pm. At Mill Run, there is the Spirited Singers Club at 5:45 pm on Wednesdays. For more information, click here.
 

Play-N-Praise (18 months - 3 years)

A special class for Toddlers and their special adult (Mom, Dad, Nanny or Grammy). We have age-appropriate circle time with songs, free play and a messy art project. Meets at various times during the school year on Friday mornings at Lytham Road. Next session is January 20- February 24. Cost is $10, no preregistration is necessary. Growing Kids God's Way Parenting Course

GKGW, The Virtuous Years, is an 18-week parenting course for families with children ages 3-12. It helps to create like-mindness between spouses, enhances family identity, and teaches God’s vision of family. Contact Scott and Cindy Nicolette, cnicolet@columbus.rr.com.
 

Princesses of the King Bible Study

This is a mother/daughter Bible study exploring God's grace, love, trust and hope. It's just for elementary-age girls, grades 3 - 5, and their mothers (or another adult woman in their lives).
