Growing Strong Families

For over 35 years, we have offered quality programs for 3, 4, 5 year-olds. Children experiment, investigate, create and discover in our Christ-centered environment. We address all areas of development (cognitive, social, emotional, physical and spiritual) on a daily basis in our play-based learning environment. It's a five-day, fun-filled adventure for preschool and elementary age children. Every June since 1979 kids have come for singing, drama, games, crafts, service projects and Jesus-focused teaching. Find more information here. Kim Good, 451-3736, ext 7617, kgood@ualc.org.
Princesses of the King Bible Study
This is a mother/daughter Bible study exploring God's grace, love, trust and hope. It's just for elementary-age girls, grades 3–5, and their mothers (or another adult woman in their lives). Weekly Bible instruction and creative activities for children ages three through grade six at Mill Run, Lytham Road and Hilltop during the school year. New children can join at anytime. It is an energetic, mini-VBS style club for children age 3 - grade 6. We teach the gospel and train kids to serve and love Christ. Children earn uniforms and use workbooks at home to learn Bible verses and do family activities. Club meets September 5, 2012–May 8, 2013. Find out much more here. New children are always welcome. Our Children's Choirs offer music and fun during the school year for children. The Lytham Road Carol Choir is for children in grades 3-6 on Wednesdays, 4:00 pm. For more information, click here.
MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers)
MOPS provides social, physical, spiritual and creative opportunities for moms with young children - birth through kindergarten. Play-N-Praise (18 months - 3 years)
A special class for toddlers and their special adult (Mom, Dad, Nanny or Grammy). We have age-appropriate circle time with songs, free play and a messy art project. Class meets various times during the year. Siblings are welcome. Kelly Mikhail, kmikhail@ualc.org.
REACH (Raising Elementary Aged CHildren)
It's a mom's support group for moms of children in kindergarten-grade 6. Meets the second Thursday of the month, 7:00-9:00 pm at Lytham Road. Each meeting features a speaker, Q&A and group discussion. Jessica Efird, jessica_efird@hotmail.com.

Delve Elementary Bible Studies

Growing Kids God's Way Parenting Course
GKGW, The Virtuous Years, is an 18-week parenting course for families with children ages 3-12. It helps to create like-mindness between spouses, enhances family identity, and teaches God’s vision of family. Contact Scott and Cindy Nicolette, cnicolet@columbus.rr.com.
