UALC Announcements

There's a lot going on at the church. Keep up with our current happenings here.

Watch the current announcement video.

August 26 Activities

Join the congregation Sunday morning for the Installation of  Senior Pastor Steve Turnbull and stay for the celebration as we get “Back At It” with many school-year church ministries and new activities, including Gladiator Joust, Archery Tag and King of  the Mountain.  Come for fellowship, fun and food!  Bring money for lunch from the food trucks, but dessert and all activities are free. Invite neighbors and friends, all are welcome!
Sunday, August 26. Installation: 9:00 am at Lytham Rd and 10:30 am at Mill Run. (These are the only services offered this morning). Back At It Celebration: 12:00-3:00 pm at Mill Run. Find details at ualc.org/celebration.

Welcome Jon!

A big UALC welcome to Jon Zawodny as he joins the Family, Youth and Children staff as Director of High School Ministries alongside Aaron Thompson. Jon brings a passion for God and reaching students that is contagious.

NALC Offices Moving

You may notice the signs for the NALC are being removed from the property at Mill Run and we wanted to let you know why. UALC has had a vital partnership with the NALC and, from the very beginning, generously provided administrative support and office space at minimal cost. The NALC has maintained an office at Mill Run since their inception, but recent staff relocations have eliminated the need for this space. Our relationship with the NALC is strong and it has been the privilege of the congregation to provide office space to the NALC for almost eight years. If you have any questions, please contact David Bowersox, 614-451-3736 or dbowersox@ualc.org.

Survey Results

You may recall that in May, we took some time together in our services to complete a survey about Sunday morning worship at UALC. 875 responses were recorded, and the results can be found here. The leadership of our church is taking this, and other information shared at our discovery discussions, into consideration as we continue to prayerfully and intentionally discern the best way forward as a whole congregation. Thank you again for your participation!
